Now that we have introduced our company in Mallorca, I would also like to personally introduce myself. Many customers have asked me how and why I moved my company to Mallorca:

I would have never imagined upon my completion of school and professional training in Hamburg three decades ago that my career would take me to three continents. My first working experience abroad was in Chicago, where I quickly learned the American way of doing business. Already back then I managed to build a network of contacts to the prestigious Hyatt-Hotel-Group, which contributed positively to the early stages of my career development.

In 1986, I received a contract to assist with a big construction project in San Francisco. While in California, I got into contact with Asian companies for the first time and learned a great deal about their architecture and stylistic elements. With the beginning of an economic boom in Southeast Asia, I had the great opportunity to continue my business in Asia. For this reason I relocated to Jakarta, Indonesia in 1990.

After I finished the projected in Jakarta in 1993, I received another contract in Shanghai, China to construct an eight-story office building and its interior for a German company. In China, a country which at that time was only starting to open its doors to the world, I faced many unprecedented challenges. Another order that I received in Shanghai was to design the interiors of Hotel Sofitel, located in the famous business street Nanjing-lu. It is here where I became the main contractor for the installation of China's first hotel brewery.

In 1997, I returned to the United States and started my own company in Charlotte, North Carolina. After the devastating terrorist attacks in September 2001, my wife and I coincidently learned about Palma de Mallorca. Soon after, we decided to leave the United States permanently and moved my company to Mallorca.

Since 2002, our company Euroland Designs, S.L. has been very successful in business. Through the numerous projects and work experiences accumulated in Mallorca, USA and Asia over the past thirty years, we are always able to complete challenging construction orders. On this splendid island, we turn every envisioned building project of our customers into reality.
